WELDING
By some estimates, welding accounts for 50% of industrial automation sales worldwide. Welding liberates high temperature splatter which can accumulate on the robot, gas and welding wire delivery hoses, resulting in heavy build-up on the robot, reducing its payload capacity and increasing your maintenance requirements. Robosuit® offers welding protection for more than just your robot: welding guns and torches, positioners and plattens, plasma cutting aprons, slag/splash curtains, and custom jig and tooling covers. Component preheating requirements may also necessitate supplemental cooling to keep your welding robot below its maximum specified temperature limit.
